**AVIOR PERFORMANCE LLC — RETURN & REFUND POLICY**
**1. Accurate Claims & Payment Disputes**
Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a return, refund, replacement, or payment dispute. Knowingly misrepresenting payment authorization, delivery, product condition, or the item supplied is prohibited.
Avior Performance LLC may respond to disputes with relevant product listings, order details, checkout acknowledgments, inspection records, product and packaging photographs, delivery confirmation, return tracking, and customer communications. Filing a dispute does not itself establish fraud by either party or determine the merits of a claim.
Please contact us through **www.aviorperformance.com** so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. This request does not restrict lawful payment-dispute rights or extend any applicable filing deadline.
**2. Five-Day Return Window**
Return requests must be submitted within **5 calendar days after delivery**. The deadline applies to submitting the request, not to our response or receipt of the return.
For an ordinary return, the product must be **new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and complete**, with its original packaging, hardware, accessories, and included components. Used, installed, altered, or customer-damaged merchandise is not eligible for an ordinary return.
These conditions do not automatically disqualify a valid claim involving a defect, shipping damage, an incorrect item, or material misdescription.
**3. Return Authorization & Shipping**
Request a return through our website with your order number and reason for return. **Written return authorization and shipping instructions are required before sending merchandise back.** Timely requests are assessed using the date submitted.
Ship authorized returns within **5 calendar days after authorization**, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Use protective packaging and a trackable shipping service, and retain proof of shipment. The returned product must be the same item supplied with your order.
Unauthorized returns or refused deliveries do not automatically qualify for a refund.
**4. Return Shipping & 25% Restocking Fee**
For eligible ordinary returns:
- **The buyer pays return shipping.**
- **A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.**
- The fee is calculated on the returned item’s purchase price after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.
- Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Applicable taxes are adjusted as required.
For verified items delivered defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the advertised description, no restocking fee applies, and Avior Performance LLC covers necessary standard return shipping. Contact us for instructions before arranging shipment.
**5. Damage, Defects & Incorrect Items**
Inspect your order before installation. Please report shipping damage, incorrect items, or visible defects in writing within **48 hours of delivery**, including your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Retain the packaging and avoid installing or modifying a visibly damaged or incorrect item.
The 48-hour reporting request does not shorten the five-day ordinary return window or eliminate valid warranty claims, hidden-defect claims, or legal rights. Report hidden defects promptly upon discovery.
We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under the applicable warranty and law. Approved replacements generally ship after we receive and inspect the original item, unless otherwise agreed.
**6. Refund Review & Processing**
We inspect returns to verify identity, completeness, condition, and the reported issue. We will notify you of the outcome and process approved refunds to the **original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return**. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Any refund involving an active payment dispute will be coordinated with the payment provider to avoid duplicate reimbursement, consistent with applicable law and payment rules.
**7. Order Cancellations**
Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless approved by Avior Performance LLC in writing or required by law. Eligible returns after delivery remain subject to this policy.
**8. Your Rights & Acceptance**
This policy does not eliminate applicable warranties, mandatory cancellation or refund rights, or lawful payment-dispute rights.
By accepting this policy at checkout, you acknowledge the **five-day return-request window, buyer-paid return shipping, and 25% restocking fee** applicable to ordinary returns.
