Terms of service

1. ACCURATE DISPUTE INFORMATION
Customers agree not to knowingly misrepresent payment authorization, delivery, product condition, or communications when requesting a refund or submitting a payment dispute. Avior Performance LLC may provide relevant order records, accepted terms, inspection photographs, delivery documentation, and communications when responding to a dispute.

2. PRODUCT DETAILS & ORDER SELECTION
Customers are responsible for reviewing the advertised specifications and confirming their vehicle information and selected options before ordering. Avior Performance LLC remains responsible for supplying the product as described and fulfilling any expressly agreed fitment requirements.

3. EXHAUST SOUND & PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Exhaust recordings demonstrate the vehicle and configuration shown. Sound can differ with engine configuration, tuning, other modifications, recording equipment, and operating conditions. A preference for a different tone or volume does not, by itself, establish a product defect. Advertised specifications and express product promises still apply.

4. FABRICATION & APPEARANCE
Any permitted variations in weld appearance, finish, or construction will be disclosed in the applicable product listing. Such variations must not materially change the advertised material, fitment, function, or included components. Material substitutions require customer approval.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, change-of-mind cancellations and returns for custom or made-to-order products are not accepted after fabrication begins. This restriction does not eliminate remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed merchandise, or cancellation rights required by law.

6. PRODUCT CONCERNS & INSPECTION
Please contact Avior Performance LLC promptly with your order number, photographs, and a description of any concern. Where safe, preserve the product and packaging and avoid further alterations while the concern is evaluated. We may request a reasonable inspection to determine the cause and appropriate remedy. These requests do not suspend legal or payment-dispute deadlines.

7. DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY
Warranty exclusions apply to damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, impacts, flame-producing tunes, sustained overheating, or other misuse, as described in the applicable warranty. These exclusions do not excuse an original manufacturing defect or unrelated covered failure.
